Responsibilities

• This position is for a User Interface/User Experience front-end digital property developer. The position will be responsible for the development of artistic creatives, mockups, prototypes, renderings, graphics, etc.  The position will also be responsible for the translation of these creatives to rendering methods including HTML and CSS. 
• The successful candidate will be passionate about refining their design craft, consistently keeping up with modern technology, and researching design trends. 
• They will use best practices and research to create and defend their ideas. They will welcome feedback and thrive in an iterative environment. 
• They will have a solid understanding of usability and interaction design. 
• They can translate client problems and new solution concepts into an intuitive and clean user interface design. 
• They can quickly and thoroughly create wireframes, mockups, and user flows, and communicate them clearly to the product team. 
• They will speak and write the English language fluently and will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with our colleagues and clients internationally.  
• Finally, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working in wireframing tools and will have a portfolio available for review.  Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD is preferred. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven 4-9 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer.
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Demonstrable understanding of the next software and technologies: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Android, iOS, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Strong WordPress knowledge in customizing themes and plugins front-end designs. 
• A collaborative team player with strong independent work skills. 
• Solid time-management and multi-tasking skills managing conflicting priorities and efforts. 
• Mobile Application UI/UX design experience is a plus.
