HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

What you will do:

Work towards fulfilling hiring needs across various domains.

Gain experience on recruitment and learn various recruiting techniques (sourcing, candidate management, organizing drives etc.)

Assist the HR department in various other HR functions  like Onboarding, Maintaining Database, Preparing HR Reports, HR Operations and Process etc.

 What we need :

Preferably Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Having 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment will be preferred.

Excellent written verbal and oral communication skills.

Methodical & organized in terms of time management and work organization;

Should be well convergent with MS Excel

Teamwork abilities.

Ability to do multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

An ideal candidate is the one – who is ready to take up new challenges and thinks out of the box when it comes to role and responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is not only focused on routine work in HR but also strive and focused on developmental part of HR.

The Internship has potential to for Job based on the performance.
