    Role Description:

    We are looking for a Business Development Executive, who can identify and qualify prospects, engage with them conduct product demonstrations, and follow up for closure. Engage with existing customers and keep the relations strengthened. You will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue and maximum market penetration.
    The ideal candidate will possess both, a sales and technical background, that would enable them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with sales, marketing, and IT architects/professionals. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct market research; scan for opportunities for Leads/Customer Relationship Management Software.
    2. Support existing lead-generation strategy that will include lead-generation & pipeline creation, and strategy.
    3. Develop new business opportunities, prospect for Leads/Customer Management Software, and hold prospect till closure into an account.
    4. Meeting CXO-level executives across multiple industries and discussing business opportunities.
    5. Responsible for the revenue target for the region.
    6. Identify and implement new business opportunities with existing customers.
    7. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around our Lead/Customer Management Software products.
    8. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    9. Manage contract negotiations.
    10. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Ideally, someone with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Partnership development of small/medium companies and building partnering models with leading advertising, technology resellers, and Internet companies.
    2. Experience with top global software companies and complex partner environments (preferable).
    3. Experience and knowledge in the customer management software market, competitor landscape, and technologies.
    4. Demonstrated business acumen and experience working with senior-level executives. Ability and flexibility for travel as needed.
    5. BA/BS/MBA or relevant work experience.
